You are purchasing a block and the labour per block. One Block costs €1.20 in 2022 and the Labour to build or rebuild a home is €3 per block. We rounded it off as we also need to make calls and have the blocks delivered so those are the hidden costs. However every cent is used for the project and only local labour is paid to build or rebuild.

Please considder more that one block as the paypal and bank charges takes a big chunk on one brick costs.  We recomend 3 bricks.  Thank you so much for your kind contribution to this project.
